Our accommodation should be a temporary home for you. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask that the following rules be observed:
General:
You should feel good! If you should miss something in your accommodation or something should be improved, please let us know. We are happy to help you. Please handle the furnishings carefully so that the next guests can also feel comfortable. Should you suffer any damage to the facility, please let us know immediately. Usually you can clarify such things quickly and easily via your liability insurance.
The bathroom:
Clean thing! The bathroom is cleaned regularly. Be sure to open the windows after showering. Please do not dispose of any food waste or hygiene items in the toilet.
Waste separation:
For the sake of the beautiful environment! Please carefully separate your rubbish into the designated containers. These are on the left in front of the house.
Grilling: Open fire! Thank you for using the fireplace and grill with the necessary care and to avoid smoke nuisance. It is clear that no fire may be lit from forest fire warning level 4 and higher. And so that subsequent guests can also vacation in this holiday home, please properly extinguish the fireplace after each use.
Dogs:
The dog is loyal to you in the storm ...! We are happy about dogs and keepers who do what the dog cannot: collect and dispose of the “legacies”. You will find replacement bags in various areas in the town and surroundings. Thank you for not letting your dog sleep in bed or on the sofa.
Valuables:
The lessor is not liable for valuables and cloakroom.
Smokers:
We thank you for not smoking inside the house. Set up your "smoking lounge" on your terrace. We have already started with a windproof ashtray and a small canopy.
Key:
Front door key lost? Damn! The cost of € 20 will reduce your holiday budget. Tip: It is best to use the key safe at the house during your stay.
Departure:
Goodbye! Our hard-working cleaning angels are grateful that you have your holiday apartment well ventilated, swept clean, disposed of the garbage in the trash can in front of the house, pulls off the beds and washed the dishes on your departure and put them in the closet to dry them.
